It works fine and gets the job done, but my first impression was that the tubing feels a bit stiff. Nothing terrible, just one of those things where I wouldn’t call it great either.

I got my stethoscope from stethoscope.com and the earpieces feel really comfy. They dont dig into my ears like my old one used to, which was such a pain during longer shifts. I’ve used it for a few shifts now and no soreness so far, so im happy with it.

I’m not trying to make a huge deal out of it, because they did eventually reply and get it fixed, but the wait was annoying. To be fair, the issue got sorted, I just wish the response had been a bit quicker...

I bought my Littmann here, and once the tubing started cracking I figured the warranty process would be straightforward. Nope. I had to keep sending more photos, more proof, more back-and-forth emails, and after all that they basically told me to contact the manufacturer anyway. It ended up taking way more effort than it should have, and it never felt like anyone was actually taking responsibility for fixing it. The price was decent, but the support was disappointing

It was kind of refreshing to get a package that didn’t look like it had been kicked across a warehouse. The box showed up in perfect shape, the packaging was clean, and nothing was smashed or beat up. Why this isn’t the normal experience everywhere, I don’t know, but I’ll take it.

The stethoscope itself seems authentic and works just fine, so no real complaints there. I’ll admit I’m a bit biased because I care about packaging more than most people, but the box looked kind of beat up and that threw me off a little.

I ended up having to return a stethoscope because I ordered the wrong model, which was totally my fault. I was shopping late at night after work and apparently wasn’t paying close enough attention. I thought the return process was going to be annoying, but it was actually really simple. I sent it back, got my refund without having to chase anyone down, and customer service replied to my email quickly. no complaints at all. I’d order from them again

I ordered my first stethoscope from stethoscope.com for nursing school, i think it was a good choice. I wasn’t totally sure what I should be looking for, so I kind of second-guessed myself while picking one out.
